Stop by the healing area and take part in yoga, Alexander Technique, laughter yoga, meditation and even an improvising with sounds workshop. Or take part in some of our music workshops: try out new instruments, sing local sea shantys and warm up those vocal chords with a morning singing workshop. There are also lots of crafts you can get involved in too!
