Megan Linford is a roots musician whose calming, heartfelt sound is perfect for any audience. With ten years of performing under her belt, she has a deep understanding of the beauty of folk music, and her unique style is sure to inspire you. In addition to writing her own music, Megan promotes and hosts monthly folk nights in her hometown of Portsmouth, providing a warm, welcoming environment for musicians to share their love of the folk and roots sounds.

Megan has supported folk artists such as The Oyster Band, Flossy Mallavaile, Emily Barker and Marry Waterson, Dan Bettridge and Luke Jackson. Having the privilege of playing many famous venues and Festivals such as; Victorious Festival, Wickham Festival, The Wedgewood Rooms, the Brook, Sebright arms – London, Castle Hotel – Manchester, The Pottery – Farnham and many more!

With a Bachelor of Arts in Vocals + Music Performance plus Grades 3-8 as well DIPLcm + ALCM certificates from London College of Music in Singing. Megan is seasoned expert in her craft and performance.

Megan works as the Online Presenter for the UK’s biggest instrument retailer, filming reviews, interviews and brand tours for PMTVUK on YouTube. Over seven years of industry experience and guitar tech skills have given Megan a great deal towards her music career.
