Wellbeing Meadow

Take some time out from the festival bustle in our Wellbeing Meadow. Start your day with yoga or mindfulness, relax with meditation and sound healing, try something new – or treat yourself to a bookable one-to-one therapy or sauna session.

Wellbeing Workshops

Meditative Art

Artist and illustrator Janine Drayson will show you how to draw your own mandala as a form of meditation and relaxation. No drawing skills are needed and all materials are provided. Places are limited, so arrive early!

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9am–10am | Duck Tent

Unfurl

Ease into your day with Sharon, a somatic coach and bodyworker, guiding these morning mindfulness sessions designed to connect and refresh your energy through meditation, gentle movement and breathwork while embracing nature’s elements.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9am–9:45am | Wellbeing Tent

Yoga

Morag will guide you through gentle flowing yoga sequences, focusing on the connection of breath to movement. A ‘moving meditation’ that is balancing, detoxifying and energising. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners – everyone is welcome!

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am–11am | Wellbeing Tent

Meditation

Join Fiona for an hour of relaxation, moving beyond the conditioned ‘thinking’ mind into a deeper state of self-awareness. Fiona joined us at Purbeck for the first time last year and her meditation sessions went down really well.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11:30am–12pm | Wellbeing Tent

Laughter Yoga

Laughter is good for you! Come together and laugh for wellbeing with a mixture of yogic breathing and laughter exercises practised as a group. Prepare to be silly and childlike – you may want to bring a blanket or mat as there will be some lying down.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12:15pm–1:15pm | Wellbeing Tent

Sound Healing & Relaxation

Lie down, relax and enjoy the vibrations of shamanic drums, tuned chimes, rattles and small gongs as Anetta and her team gently bathe you in healing sound. Perfect for releasing tension or simply taking some time out from a busy festival. Bring a blanket if you have one.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 1:30pm–2:30pm | Wellbeing Tent

Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is well known in the performing arts for helping musicians improve coordination while playing or singing, and can also help anyone recognise and reduce unnecessary muscular effort in everyday activities.

In this 90-minute session, Kate Brailsford gives a short presentation followed by practical demonstrations of how ITM Alexander Technique can bring greater freedom and ease of movement to daily life.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3pm–4:30pm | Wellbeing Tent
