The Boot Heel Playboys play Western Swing music in the style of it’s original pioneers – Bob Wills, Tex Williams, Hank Thompson and more.
They are an 8-piece band, including Steel Guitar, Fiddle, Piano, Trumpet, Upright Bass, Archtop Guitars and Drums. Their music features infectious, driving dance rhythms and soulful ballads, with rich vocal harmonies that are smoother than a silk-worm’s tie!
