Traders and Caterers

The festival has a range of great food outlets, jewellery and clothing (and other) stalls, a Makers’ Market, as well as craft demos and workshops. These are very important to us as they add colour and interest to the festival.

Food Traders

If you’d like to trade food at Purbeck Valley Folk Festival 2023, then please apply here. All information about trading at PVFF and our terms and conditions can be found on the online application form. Deadline for applications: 24th February 2023.

Festival Stalls / Non Food Traders

If you’re a non-food merchandise trader, artisan trader, registered charity, or healer who’d like to trade at Purbeck Valley Folk Festival 2023, please apply here. Deadline for applications: 24th February 2023.

Makers’ Market

Join us in the Makers’ Market marquee. This is for artisan makers only; all products on your stall must be made by the stall holder. Stalls are 6 x 6 foot and cost £50 per day (£150 for the weekend). To apply for a stall click here… Deadline for applications: 15th April 2023.

Craft workshop artist/leader

We are always open to new craft workshop leaders to add to our Craft Area. If you are an artist or craftsperson who would like to run workshops for our festival-goers, please apply here… Deadline for applications are 15th April 2023.
