Billy Rowan, a.k.a. The Undercover Hippy is a singer songwriter who brings together elements of folk, reggae, & hip-hop to create a truly unique musical experience.
We saw his brilliant youtube of ‘Boyfriend’ then saw his gigs at the festival in Hay and subsequently at the Sugar & Spice Bar in Bournemouth. Original, stylish, political, good-humoured songs with a great band. Just had to book him!
